Smoking may promote mental alertness for up to about 20 minutes , but you'd need to keep lighting up to retain that , and also it tends to prematurely cause deep facial wrinkles .

However Jenray finds that smoking is unparalleled as an anti-depressant , and that it does her far more good than harm !

Dont quit.

Quitting smoking is like you've given up.

Smoking is great, and at the end of it, you might end up with a terminal illness. How cool is that!

One of those three applies to me ( I drink more cans of lager than I should , in the evenings ) , and , do'nt feel guilty re. other people being affected ; what matters is our personal responsibility for ourselves and our 'long-term' health ;

Growing up is over-rated.

Everyone i speak to, regardless of their age still maintains they feel and think much the same as if they were 21.

Plenty of time to be serious when your dead.
